What Is Shaken and Chosen?
Every week, our bartenders create one original cocktail that’s served for just seven days. No repeats. No substitutions. Just a chance to experience something unexpected — from mezcal to mango to matcha (yes, it’s happened).
“The best part is not having limits,” says Xavier, one of BoujieMana’s lead bartenders. “We get to experiment and surprise people with flavors they never thought they’d like.”

Each Shaken and Chosen cocktail also gets a mocktail counterpart, using ingredients like cold-pressed juices, aromatic bitters, and house-infused syrups. Whether you’re sober, driving, or just not drinking tonight, you get the same quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
